Refund policy

I don't offer refunds on any personalised item due to the fact it's specifically made to order.

There will be no refund if I complete an order and then there is a change of mind. 

You will receive a preview of your personalised design within (48HRS after purchase) prior to embroidering any item, so please check your email, I will not embroider your item until you advise you are happy with the design.

However I will offer a full refund including postage cost if I'm at fault for incorrect spelling, wrong font , wrong towel colour or thread colour.

You must notify me within 48hrs of receiving your item and post it back to me within 7 business days in the same condition it left in.
