All our Cozies are 100% cotton and are safe for the microwave. They are designed to protect your hands when heating dishes and also when eating hot foods. They can also be used for cold food like ice cream to prevent your hands from getting chilled.

Cozies are 2 1/2" Deep x 4 1/2" Wide at the bottom and fit small to medium bowls. All bowl Cozies have 100% cotton fabric, wadding, and thread, so it is safe for use in the microwave.
